Free Yoga on the Patio at Big Grove | Every Sunday through Aug 31

Start your Sunday with a little movement and a lot of chill. Join Elaine and Darcy for a gentle, restorative yoga class on the patio at Big Grove Des Moines Taproom, every Sunday through August 31.

This is a complimentary class open to all ages and skill levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or just looking to slow things down, you're welcome here.

Bring your own mat, grab a friend, and stick around after class for lunch and a cold beverage. See you on the patio!
